Case:
The cocktail/cofee table clock case has been made of solid French/Romenian Lime wood only. High thick pieces of wood. First the high schooled selection glueing drying and then the machine carving; during it the operator verifies continuosly the cut out of the extra parts of solid wood not needed for the real carving. Fully hand made carving and then sending by the artist in Sanguinetto village: “Mancasola Pietro”. Clock sculpture includes: the 4 legs, the central bottom, the 4 curved sides and the top ring. Clock glass is made by Giovanni Casella round that firmely stay over the round lower support in order not to have dusty inside over the clock dial. Medium walnut finished nitro based and then a final half shiny acrilic transparent, according to the new laws for the safe environement. Properly sended by our polishing man Mr. Giorgio.
Movement:
Original German quarz movement from the company UTS, No chime. Clock hands have been laser cut and made of Tungsten metal, they also have been balanced for not swinging during the run horrizontaly. Also 3 other movements with running smaller clock hands for the 3 world time zones. Included 4 usual popular batteries 1,5v for about 12 or 14 months run each. White clock dial applied over a solid mdf base and black roman printed numerals. Not much gap in the between of the surrounding wood and the top round glass round and 6/8mm thick. Glass comes of delicately or by turning the table upside down.
Warranty:
We grant 2 years totally worldwide. The movement may easly come out to the bottom just after unscrewing the clock hands and the front screw. Anycase you do not need to repair or to ask people to come to your house. Simply self made replacement and per post sending back the old one to us.
