Case:
Gently complete clock case for a nice “corner” grandfather clock. It's good for any kind of furnishing not for old style ones only. Bottom curved panel has been plated by original Alpi's maple burl. Rest is made by solid American toulupier wood and the back side is made by genuine Fantoni's mdf. Door has its lock and the 5mm thick curved glass personally made by Mr. Casella Giovanni in his hoven. Nice half shiny medium walnut finish made by our Mr. Stefano waterbased.
Movement:
Original German mechanical movement from the company Kieninger, they do clock movements in the Black Forest since 1912 made of solid high thick brass. It plays the Westminster chime quarterly and the strokes hourly. Accessories also include: moonphase dial/face and the genuine brass lire pendulum and weights all them German made by the Jaeckle company since 1888. Clock movement features: self oiling, self centring, self regulating and you may rotate minute hand counterclockwise trouble free. Moreover clock may not chime night time from 10pm untill 7.15am automatically. Clock winding weekly (about 10 days totally) by pulling down the free part of each chain and so making the weight moving up. It goes down 12cm per day making the clock running and chiming. Named high thick clock hands. The moonphase shows the moon globe moving one click per day from left to right side of the top arch in order to know when it will be the next full moon. That feature was on a must in the past for planning the trip night time too.
Warranty:
We grant 2 years totally worldwide. It has the operating and starting booklet in 16 different languages included. We also will include usb pen drive showing start up videos in English language too. Clock wood has been selected in 10 years so it's dry and safe itself. About the movement package it includes the dial hands once. So simply open the top door, it comes off to the front simply by unscrewing the 2 gray screws and if you send or bring back the old one we give you a new clock movement package for free during the first 2 years and later at sole its cost. Anycase you do not need to repair or to ask people to come to your house. Simply self made replacement and per post sending back the old one to us.
